Terms of Service
These terms apply when you browse InkRogue or place an order with us. By using the store, you agree to these terms and the policies linked in the site footer.
1. Store and products
InkRogue sells made-to-order collectible stickers and digital gift cards. Product colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. We may update product descriptions, availability and prices without notice.
2. Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it. Prices, delivery charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and be authorised to use the payment method provided.
3. Made-to-order production
Physical products enter production after payment is confirmed. Contact us immediately through the Contact page if an order detail is wrong. We cannot promise changes or cancellation after production begins.
4. Delivery
Delivery services, prices and estimates appear at checkout for the address entered. Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier, customs and events outside our reasonable control can cause delays. Our Shipping Policy provides further details.
5. Returns, faults and cancellations
Our Return and Refund Policy explains the rules for change-of-mind cancellations, personalised goods, damaged products and faulty or incorrect orders. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Gift cards
Gift cards are delivered digitally and can be used only on eligible InkRogue purchases. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Keep gift card codes secure; anyone with a valid code may be able to use its balance.
7. Intellectual property
The InkRogue name, branding, artwork, product images and site content belong to InkRogue or the relevant rights holder. You may view the site for personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially exploit this content without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, or use the site in a way that infringes another person's rights.
9. Liability
We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the store. The store is provided on an as-available basis, and temporary interruptions may occur.
10. Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. The terms in force when an order is accepted will apply to that order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
